OPINION

FUTEY, Judge.

This government contract case is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff contracted with the United States to construct an addition to Abert Hall at the Defense Mapping Agency in Brookmont, Maryland. Plaintiff seeks compensation on behalf of its subcontractor for expenses incurred on encountering unexpected site conditions. In response, defendant filed a motion for summary judgment, alleging that the site conditions actually encountered were indicated in the contract and contract-related documents.
