OPINION OF THE COURT ON BRIEFS SUBMITTED IN LIEU OF TRIAL

McKEAGUE, District Judge.

This case presents a coordination of benefits dispute between two insurers. Plaintiff The Travelers Insurance Company (“Travelers”) administers an employee welfare benefit plan created by Nippondenso Manufacturing U.S.A., Inc., pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
