MEMORANDUM OPINION

McKEAGUE, District Judge.

This case presents a coordination of benefits dispute between a no-fault automobile insurer, plaintiff Allstate Insurance Company, and a self-funded health benefits plan established by defendant Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company (“Knape & Vogt”), which constitutes an employee welfare benefit plan under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
