This is an ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.) case in which the district court granted summary judgment to the defendants upon concluding that the plaintiffs did not suffer a “termination of employment” when their employer sold the division where they worked.
