Danner v. ARNSBERG

The plaintiff brought this action to recover for alleged personal injuries suffered. The jury returned a verdict for the defendants and the plaintiff has appealed.

The plaintiff and her husband became paying guests in defendants’ hotel on the evening of September 19, 1957. On the morning of September 21, the plaintiff noticed some water on the ceiling of the bathroom and notified her husband of the defect.
