This is an appeal from an order granting respondent’s motion to vacate and set aside a default judgment and all subsequent proceedings against her upon the ground that she had never been served with process and was not in any manner before the court. The plaintiff, who appears in propria persona, filed a complaint in the superior court seeking specific performance of an alleged contract for the sale of real estate.
