The petitioners seek by this proceeding to have this court issue a writ of prohibition which will have the effect of restraining the respondents, Superior Court in and for the City and County of San Francisco and the judge thereof, from taking further proceedings in a certain action entitled “Josie White, Plaintiff, versus James S. White, Defendant,” and numbered therein 69960, and which had theretofore been pending in said court.
