The petitioners appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County entered November 10, 1980. The circuit court affirmed the ruling of the Board of Review of the West Virginia Department of Employment Security disqualifying the appellants from receiving unemployment compensation benefits for a period of six weeks on the ground that they were “discharged for misconduct” within the meaning of W.
