The plaintiff, Bradford Klein (“Klein”), commenced this action against the defendants, AIG Trading Group Inc. (“AIGTG”) and AIG Financial Products Corp. (“AIGFP”), (collectively, “AIG”), for an alleged “breach of a compensation agreement, failure to pay wages, wrongful discharge in violation of public policy, tortious interference and other equitable claims.” (PL’s Mem.
