Plaintiff Safeco Insurance Company of America (“Safeco”) has moved to compel Defendant Pamela Veesey (“Mrs.Veesey”) to respond to interrogatories and a request for production related to marriage counseling and psychological treatment she has received in relation to injuries she sustained in an incident in which she alleges her husband, Defendant Roderick A.
