KELLY, Judge:
In this opinion we are called upon to determine whether the trial court properly refused to exclude for cause Roman Catholic jurors who were members of a diocese, a named party defendant with a remote financial interest in the outcome of the lawsuit, but were not members of a specific parish, also a named party defendant with a direct financial interest in the outcome of the lawsuit; and whether the trial court properly instructed the jury that the doctrine of hills and ridges dictated the appellants’ burden of proof.
