OPINION BY: PANELLA, J.:

¶ 1 Appellants, Nancy and Jim Harvey, appeal from the judgment entered on September 12, 2005,1 in favor of Appel-*525lees, Rouse Chamberlin, Ltd. (“Rouse Chamberlin”) and J.L. Watts Excavating (“Watts”), in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. This is a slip and fall case. At the close of Appellants’ case-in-chief, Appellees moved for nonsuit arguing that the “hills and ridges” doctrine precluded a finding of liability. The trial court agreed and granted the nonsuit. After careful review, we reverse.
