Appellant Lynell D. Dobbs (“Movant”) appeals the motion court’s denial following an evidentiary hearing of his “Amended Motion Under Rule 24.035.” 1 In his sole point relied on, Movant asserts the motion court erred in denying his Rule 24.035 motion in that he was denied effective assistance of counsel based on his counsel’s conflict of interests. We affirm the judgment of the motion court.
