John Franklyn Butts (“Movant”) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Barry County which, after a hearing, denied his postconviction relief motion filed pursuant to Rule 24.035. 1 In his motion, Movant sought to vacate and set aside a previously imposed judgment and sentence of the circuit court.
