PUDLOWSKI, Judge.

Defendant Ronald Oliver was convicted by a jury of murder in the first degree, assault in the first degree and kidnapping. He was sentenced to two consecutive life terms plus fifteen years. He appeals and we affirm.

On the evening of June 6,1985 the defendant Ronald Oliver went to the home of Elizabeth Palmer. His brother, codefend-ant Gregory Oliver had been there for some time. Ronald watched as Gregory, Elizabeth and several other persons played cards.
