Mark Woodworth appeals his convictions by a jury of the murder of Catherine Robertson, assault in the first degree on her hus band, Lyndel Robertson, burglary and two counts of armed criminal action. He was sentenced, respectively, to consecutive terms of 10, 5, 10, 3, and 3 years imprisonment.
