ROBERTSON, Judge.

Appellant, Calvert Leon Antwine, was charged by indictment on February 1,1985, with two counts of capital murder, two counts of armed criminal action1 and one count of first-degree robbery. The case proceeded to trial before a jury in the Circuit Court of Jackson County on August 22, 1985. Appellant was convicted of first-degree robbery,2 second-degree murder3 and capital murder,4 for which he was sentenced to thirty years imprisonment, life imprisonment, and death, respectively. Appellant appeals from his convictions and sentences.
