DECISION.
{¶ 1} Raising a single assignment of error, plaintiff-appellant Physicians Anesthesia Services, Inc. ("PAS"), a group of practicing anesthesiologists, contests the entry of summary judgment for defendant-appellee Heather A. Burt, a certified registered-nurse anesthetist ("CRNA"), on its claims for breach of contract and unjust enrichment. PAS had agreed to pay for Burt's advanced anesthesia training in exchange for her future employment with PAS.
