An information containing thirty-six counts was filed in the County Court of Mercer county, charging Ola Nylin, plaintiff in error, not having a license to keep a dram-shop, with having unlawfully sold intoxicating liquor in less quantities than five gallons outside of any incorporated city, town or village, in violation of section 16 of the Dram-shop Act. The plaintiff in error was found guilty on counts 27 to 33, inclusive, and a fine of $75 on each count assessed against him.
