Plaintiff in error was convicted of an assault with a deadly weapon, in the county court of Jasper county, and fined $25. That judgment being affirmed in the Appellate Court, this writ of error is prosecuted.
Benjamin 'F. Harrah, State’s attorney of Jasper county, filed his information in the county court of that county, to its August term, 1887, against plaintiff in error and others, charging them with an assault upon one Henry Chezem.
