This case is before the Court on the defendants’, Carlyle Real Estate Limited Partnership-XIII, JMB Realty Corporation, Neil G. Bluhm, and Judd D. Malkin (“Carlyle”), 1 motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c). The plaintiff, O’Connell Management Company, Inc. (“O’Connell”), commenced this action against the defendants for the alleged wrongful termination of a real estate management agreement between O’Con-nell, as manager, and Carlyle, as owner.
