Robert Mitchell, (“Defendant”) appeals from the judgment, entered following a jury trial, convicting him of the Class C felony of involuntary manslaughter, section 565.024, RSMo 1994, for recklessly causing the death of Donald Dean Stipp by shooting him. Defendant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of six years. Defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction.
