Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ingraham, J.) ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered August 6, 1991 in Chenango County, upon a decision of the court.

This matrimonial action involves challenges to Supreme Court’s equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property and its maintenance award. The underlying facts are easily stated.
