MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
STUART M. BERNSTEIN, Chief Judge.
The issue before the Court concerns the dischargeability of counsel fees awarded in connection with a divorce action. The plaintiff, counsel for the debtor’s former spouse, has moved for summary judgment, and although the debtor has not made his own motion, he asks me to search the record and award him summary judgment instead. For the reasons discussed, the plaintiffs motion is granted.
