This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court which awards the plaintiff recovery *233against the defendant-appellant, Carl Fritzler, upon a promissory note in the denomination of $450. No recovery was awarded against his codefendant, Elizabeth Fritzler. The judgment was entéred in an action upon a note which bears the signature of the defendant, Carl Fritzler, and the purported signature of Elizabeth Fritzler. The judgment is based upon findings of fact and conclusions of law.
