MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER
LEON, District Judge.
Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment by Defendants, the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”) and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”). After due consideration of the parties’ submissions and viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the plaintiff, the Court concludes that the plaintiff could not as a matter of law establish that MPD violated his due process rights. Accordingly, the Court grants the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
