Michael A. Kilgore, PC., and Michael A. Kilgore, individually, appeal adverse judgments on their claims for attorney fees. These cases involve the division of attorney fees between Kilgore and Lake Livingston Sheetz, the administrator of the estate of Whitner K. Livingston III. Attorneys Kilgore and Livingston worked together on litigation that settled after Livingston died; they did not have an agreement specifying how the fees from this litigation would be divided between them.
