In this appeal, Defendant-Appellant Jeffrey R. Puckett (Husband) proffers two reasons why we should: (1) void the Divorce Decree entered by the Family Court of the First Circuit (the family court) on December 22, 1998 that dissolved his marriage with Plaintiff-Appellee Valerie Monge Puckett (Wife); and (2) nullify all orders entered by the family court in this case.
