This is an appeal on leave granted by this Court from the denial of appellant fair employment practices commission’s motion to dismiss an appeal in the Wayne circuit court.

This litigation originated with a complaint filed by plaintiff, Joan M. Lesniak, before the fair employment practices commission and against her former employer, Wayne county, and more particularly the Wayne county civil service commission.
