On January 25, 1954, plaintiff Joe Graidamavice filed a bill of complaint against defendant board of county road commissioners of the county of Newaygo and its members, individually and collectively. He charged that he had been deprived of his employment since November 23, 1953, because of unlawful acts on the part of the defendants, and he sought to enjoin and restrain them from continuing to deprive him of his lawful employment in violation of PA 1947, No 336 (CL 1948, § 423.201 et seq.
