The American Bank was a partnership, of which appellants were members, organized April 6, 1869, in a banking and brokerage business in Pittsburgh, Pa. The capital, by the partnership articles, was $200,000, divided into 2000 shares of $100 each. This was all paid up, and certificates, of the amounts' subscribed and paid by each partner, delivered.
