Via the motion now pending before this Court, Plaintiffs move for class certification. For the reasons outlined below, the motion shall be GRANTED.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Plaintiffs, on behalf of themselves and a class of similarly situated purchasers of the securities of Defendant Select Medical Corp.
