Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion For Class Certification (ECF. No. 2). For the following reasons, the Motion will be granted.
I. BACKGROUND
This is a putative class action for injunctive and declaratory relief in which Plaintiffs, who were inmates in the Philadelphia Prison System (the “PPS”) when this action was filed, contest the conditions of confinement in the PPS.
