I. INTRODUCTION
This federal securities class action is brought on behalf of those who purchased the common stock of Canadian Superior Energy Inc. (“SNG”)1 between January 14, 2008 and February 17, 2009 (the “Class Period”). Three movants submit competing applications seeking appointment as lead plaintiff and to have their respective selections of counsel approved.
