This putative class action concerns the issuance, distribution, and sale of mortgage backed securities known as Senior Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-H (the “Certificates”), issued on June 28, 2006. Plaintiffs claim that the Certificates were issued pursuant to materially misleading offering documents in violation of Sections 11 and 12(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933 (“Securities Act”).1 The matter is before the Court on the motion of lead plaintiff Vaszurele Ltd.
