This is an appeal from a judgment of the Ramsey County District Court entered pursuant to a jury verdict. The action was commenced by plaintiff, for the recovery of amounts allocated to the profit-sharing plan of Ellerbe Architects, Inc., in his name and declared by the trustees to have been forfeited following his termination of employment on the grounds of insubordination and gross inefficiency.
