COLEMAN, District Judge.

This is a petition filed by the receiver in bankruptcy proceedings for the return of certain automobiles. The defendant, Eleazer Winakur, in his individual capacity, had undertaken to finance the bankrupt, Louis Sachs, trading as Sachs Auto Company, in the business of buying and selling secondhand automobiles. The scheme pursued as to some of the ears was to take chattel mortgages, storing the cars in the defendant’s garage until Sachs had paid the amount of the loan.
