This cause was in this Court and argued at the June term, 1889, and an opinion filed at the October term thereafter, which is reported in 76 Mich. 338. Upon the former trial the defendant had verdict and judgment in the circuit court for Wayne county by direction of the court. That judgment was reversed by this Court, and the cause remanded for retrial. It has been retried, and verdict and judgment found for the plaintiff for the sum of $800.
