This appeal is from the judgment entered July 30, 1984, by the United States District Court for the Central District of California granting summary judgment to appellee Interpart Corporation (Interpart) and holding that United States Design Patent No. 263,130 for “Rear View Mirror,” assigned to appellant Irnos Italia, Vitaloni, S.p.A., et al.
