This action, which was in the nature of a creditor’s bill, was brought by the Vacuum Oil Company, a corporation, against Frank E. Quigg, Nellie E. Quigg, S. C. F'rost, and the First National Bank of Bixby, Okla., for the purpose of setting aside certain transfers and incum-brances of real estate by the defendants, alleged to have been fraudulent and made without consideration and for the purpose of avoiding payment of indebtedness owing by the defendant Frank E. Quigg to the plaintiff.
