— James Shelton appeals from a judgment disallowing his recovery of money allegedly owed in the sale of a violin.

Mr. Shelton is an experienced musician who operates the University Village Music Center in Seattle. On Saturday, April 14, 1979, Barbara Owen (formerly Barbara Farkas) and her 22-year-old daughter, Penny, drove from their res idence in Ellensburg to Mr. Shelton's store to look at violins.
