OPINION

RAPP, Judge.

The trial court plaintiff, June Murray (“Murray”), appeals from an order that sustained the trial court defendants’ (“D & J”) 1 demurrer to the evidence in a jury trial.

I. STANDARD OF REVIEW

The appeal of the sustentation of a demurrer will result in examination of the record in a light most favorable to the plaintiff. Conflicts and contrary inferences will be disregarded. A demurrer to the evidence admits the facts presented in support of the claim. Therefore, if there are facts relevant to a question in issue, the case must go to the jury. Jackson v.
