¶ 1 Appellant, Keystone Insurance Company (Keystone), appeals from the decree entered in favor of appellee, Toreatha White, administratrix of the estate of Carol Lynn White (White). On appeal, Keystone argues the trial court erred in determining it is responsible for coverage under the homeowner’s insurance policy issued to its insured, Charles Weiner, for an incident resulting in the death of “White.
