OLSZEWSKI, Judge.

Appellants, Michael B. O’Brien and Joanne Butler, appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on April 10,1996. We affirm.

On August 22, 1991, O’Brien contacted Raymond Chin t/a Sunrise Insurance to procure automobile insurance coverage through the Pennsylvania Assigned Risk Plan. O’Brien’s application for immediate coverage was forwarded to the Assigned Risk Plan via electronic mail. R.R. 13a.
