Affirming.

The appeal is by W. P. Strader from a judgment of conviction of the crime of subornation of perjury, which' carried with it a sentence of three years in the penitentiary.

The sufficiency of the indictment in several particulars is brought in question. It charged the accused with having procured or caused Taylor to commit the offense of false swearing “by threats to said Taylor that unless he did so falsely swear, his, the said Taylor’s home, would be sold and he and his family would be turned out of his home, ’ ’ and that as a result of…
