Appellees claim to own a large body of land lying in Wbitley, Pulaski, and Laurel counties, and instituted actions to recover possession of it from a number of defendants claiming different parts of it, The litigation has heretofore been twice before us. See Bryant v. Stephens, 82 S. W. 436, 26 Ky. Law Rep. 718; Bryant v. Strunk, 89 S. W. 549, 28 Ky. Law Rep. 556. On the trial of the issues with appellant, S. G.
