The issue presented in this case is whether, because of the failure to investigate the circumstances surrounding the interrogation of the juvenile concerning the underlying delinquency charge and the failure to move to suppress unlawful admissions pri- or to the hearing, a juvenile had the benefit of effective assistance of counsel in a juvenile proceeding.
