OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

This is an appeal by defendant Robert J. Bible, Commissioner, Tennessee Department of Employment Security (Commissioner), from a judgment of the Chancery Court for Marshall County reversing the Board of Review’s denial of unemployment compensation benefits to plaintiff Joe A. Perryman.

Plaintiff was discharged on January 18, 1980, from his employment with Heil-Quaker Corporation (Heil-Quaker). The “Separation Notice,” dated January 18,1980, and filed by Heil-Quaker, showed that plaintiff had been terminated for “Violation of Company policy.” The record shows that the…
