FARMER, Judge.
The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) and the Tennessee Department of Employment Security (TDES) appeal from the chancery court’s reversal of TDES’s denial of unemployment benefits to the appellee, William Frogge.1
On April 23,1992, Mr. Frogge filed a claim for unemployment benefits with TDES, stat-*921mg that he quit his job because “I was informed that I was to be terminated effective some time in April 92. I would have lost my sick time, bonus time and overtime if I had stayed and been terminated.” On May 1, 1992, the TDES denied Mr. Frogge’s claim.
