ORDER ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS CHAPTER 13 CASE

THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Motion to Dismiss Chapter 13 Case filed by the Chapter 13 Trustee. In the Motion, the Trustee asserts that the Debtor, Sally Jo Nott, received an inheritance during the pendency of her chapter 13 case, and that the inheritance is property of the estate pursuant to § 1306 of the Bankruptcy Code.
